The Bower Bird

The citrus fruits are the dominant part of this beer which is a hymn to the Australian Ella hops. In the mouth the cereals raise the citrus side of this beer reminding us of a lemon pie. Its frank and pronounced bitterness makes this IPA worthy of the name.

Of course we will not miss an Indian Curry to accompany this beer, the Mexican cuisine is very good too. My preference is still the burger with roquefort which marries superbly well with this beer.
